How to Make a Reservation

IMPORTANT NOTE: Recreation Centers are available on a first come-first-served basis,  with the exception of  Association business events such as a Board of Trustees meeting, community event or other LRR Committee meeting.  In the rare instance a conflict occurs, the user will be given the opportunity to reschedule or be refunded.

STEP #1

Decision Time!

(1) Which recreation center do you want to rent?
(2) What day, date and time do you want to start and
(3) What time do you want to end your event?

STEP #2
Once you have answered the three questions above, you are ready to make your reservation!

Just call or email the HOA Office to check for availability.  Your reservation can be held for up to ONE WEEK in a temporary status.   Temporary status means that you have not secured the reservation with the proper payment and a signed rental agreement.  After a week, your temporary reservation may be forfeited if another user calls for the same reservation date/time/location.

STEP #3
Step three is to return your completed Rental Agreement Contract, security deposit and appropriate rental fees to the HOA Office within one week of the day the reservation was held.

You may now pick up a Rental Agreement Packet, we can mail one to you or, if you are a seasoned recreation center user, you may choose to print the Rental Agreement form available online.

STEP #4
Follow the instructions in your rental agreement packet!

It's important that you remember to:

1) Pick up the key!  Usually business day before your event.  Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. There is a $25 charge if you forget to pick up your key and have to call the emergency number for access to the building.

2) Clean and inspect the recreation center before and after your event. An inspection checklist is provided in your packet.

3) Return the recreation center key and the completed inspection report after your event.   Security deposits will be held if the key is not returned.
