Little Rocky Run’s "News on the Run" is a monthly publication that is mailed to approximately 3,000 homes including residents and non-resident owners of Little Rocky Run properties. Newsletters are mailed to members and advertisers the first week of each month.
Little Rocky Run HOA "News on the Run" is available for electronic distribution. In order to receive it electronically, please download and complete the following form, Electronic Agreement.Once completed either drop off or mail the form to the HOA Office at 6201 Sandstone Way Clifton VA 20124.
Free Ads
There is no charge for Lost & Found or Carpool ads
Lost & Found and Carpool ads will run for two (2) months unless other arrangements are made with the editor. Deadline: The 10th of the preceding month.
Local Events
There is no charge for Local Event listings. Local Events is intended for use by Little Rocky Run clubs & organizations, area non-political, and non-profit organizations to announce upcoming meetings or events. If you have a meeting or function that qualifies and you would like it published, write to the HOA Office at the address, fax or email listed above. Local Event listings included in the "News on the Run" are published at the discretion of the editor and available space. Deadline: The 10th of the preceding month.
Classified Ads
LRR Resident - $10.00 for 40 words or less and $.25/each additional word.
Non-Resident: $25.00 for 40 words or less and $.25/each additional word.
Payment
Payment may be in cash, check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Deadline
The 10th of the preceding month.
How to Place Your Ad
Write out your advertisement and submit it along with proper payment to the Little Rocky Run HOA Office. We recommend you use our submission form to ensure proper placement of your ad. Ads are not accepted without payment. Changes to existing ads are only accepted in writing.

Cost and Specifications
All advertisements must be camera-ready. Camera-ready means that the ad you submit should be exactly what you want published. All ads are printed in black and white and MUST have a border.
Electronically submitted advertisements are encouraged. If you are able to submit your ad by email, please indicate whether you'd like to pay by credit card via phone or if payment will be made by check in person or by mail. PDF format is preferred.
Ads should also include a business address or phone number. Ad sizes and rates are as follows:

Articles of Interest
There is no charge for articles of interest. Articles of interest are accepted by Association members, police, schools, county agencies and elected officials. Photographs are also accepted. You may use our submission form to submit your article of interest to the Little Rocky Run HOA office or submit by email. Little Rocky Run reserves the right to exclude or edit articles.
Deadlines
The deadline for ALL SUBMISSIONS is the 10th of the preceding month.
