Financial Management Update

The Little Rocky Run Board of Trustees unanimously voted to transition financial management companies from CFM Management back to KPA Management, effective November 1, 2021.

End-of-Season Pool Schedule

End-of-Season Pool Schedule

- During the Board of Trustees meeting on July 22, the Board voted to offer residents extended weekend hours at Pool 2 (6201 Sandstone Way, Clifton, VA, 20124) on September 11/12 and 18/19. 
- Pool 2 was selected as the most central pool in the community. 
- Saturday hours: 11 A.M. - 8 P.M. 
- Sunday hours: 12:00 - 6 P.M.

- We were informed that Titan Pools does not have the necessary staffing to operate pools from 11 A.M. - 4 P.M. on weekdays when Fairfax County Public School students return to school 
- There is enough staff to operate two pools, Pools 1 & 3, on the weekdays from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M.
- Because of this, Pool 2 will be closed during this time. 

- All pools will be open on weekends until Labor Day.

Homeowner Account Information

Dear Little Rocky Run Homeowners:

Please be advised that per Article V, Section 7 of the Little Rocky Run Homeowners Association Declaration, “Any assessment installment not paid within thirty (30) days after the due date shall be delinquent. Thereupon, the Association shall provide Notice of such delinquency and may… (c) charge of all reasonable costs incurred in the collection of the Assessment…” As such, from this day forward, the costs of all delinquent/late payment notices, correspondences and letters will be charged to the delinquent homeowner’s account. This is an effort to hold the appropriate homeowner accountable for the cost of delinquency.
